First, sign in to your IAAO profile at http://my.iaao.org. From your Personal Snapshot page, select the My Transcript link in the column on the left side of the page. Or, you can navigate there directly by clicking here.
From your online transcript, you can download a PDF and print certificates for eligible courses, events, and webinars.
