To reset your username and/or password, please head to our Sign In page and click "Forgot username?" or "Forgot password?". 


If you do not have a username, one will be generated for you by clicking "Forgot username?". 


If you are getting an error saying your email is already in use, it means your email is attached to more than one file in our system and your credentials failed to be created. 


If the "Forgot password?" function still does not work, please let us know and we can help get you logged in.
